I specialize in Gottman Method Couples therapy, Discernment Counseling, IFS, Family Systems, and Grief Therapy. Based on your needs, I also integrate interventions from other modalities such as Relational Life Therapy (Terry Real) , EFT, CBT, and somatic work. My clients and I work together to clarify their goals, and I tailor the treatment to meet them.
