I use a mind-body approach, believing in the power of relaxation techniques to relieve the stresses that interfere with our natural ability to cope. I work with individuals and couples, including gay and lesbian clients. I particularly specialize in third party reproduction, infertility and loss issues, and work with those who are using non-traditional methods to build their families.
I have a general counseling practice with a mind body approach to treating depression, anxiety, infertility, relationship and workplace issues. I specialize in fertility issues, counseling individuals and couples, including same-sex. I specialize in ART including IVF, egg or sperm donation, embryo donation, adoption and surrogacy.
Prior to my counseling practice, I had a successful career as a television talk show host and news anchor.
I speak frequently on the topic of promoting positive mental health images in the media. I also enjoy educating the public on mental health issues via internet videos.

The Mind Body Class for Infertility is based on the scientifically proven relaxation techniques developed at Harvard University to enhance your chances of getting pregnant. The class offers a natural complement to medical treatments to achieve pregnancy, and also focuses on improving the couple relationship. The group meets for 10 consecutive weeks.
