I have a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College. I strive to be nonjudgmental with a focus on individual and strength-based treatment. I believe we have skills already in place that have worked for us in the past that can be used for the present. We are each individuals with individual needs. Treatment will be adapted to you and not based on a mold. Each individual will make their own goals in therapy in order to create the life they want. Currently accepting new clients.
I help individuals by identifying a goal or a way of life they chose to live and work with them on how to obtain that goal. We work together on recognizing and using your strengths and resources along with building resources and strengths as our journey together progresses.
