I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in treating anxiety, depression, parenting issues, relationship challenges, anger management, crisis stabilization, substance issues, and life transitions for children, adolescents, and adults. With five years of experience in the mental health field, I work to support clients through various challenges and transitions. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Piedmont College and earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Argosy University.
I seek to establish a positive and safe therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable collaborating to uncover unhealthy thought patterns and beliefs. Together, we work to replace these with healthier alternatives, empowering you with tools for a meaningful and successful life.
