Picking a therapist is a very personal choice. You need to feel that your therapist understands your experience, your challenges and moves you a new way of seeing yourself and your strengths. I provide psychotherapy for adults and couples. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. For couples, I use the Gottman Method to assess couple relational strengths and to target learning new ways to communicate and build connection and intimacy.
I am also a psychological astrologer. For clients who are interested, understanding your birth chart can give you a leg up in understanding your strengths, your challenges and how to navigate the world in which you live. There are cycles that we go through in life, and astrology can help us prepare, understand and thrive through the lessons of those cycles.
My style is warm and engaging. I will ask you questions and get curious with you about your story. I'm not a therapist who is silent, but actively engage with you to support you in exploring what will bring you joy in your life and how to make changes to get there.
