My goal is to provide you with a safe and therapeutic environment that will facilitate success in treatment. As a bilingual social worker, I can provide sessions in English/Spanish. I currently work with adults of all ages in outpatient setting that are finding the need for therapeutic interventions to assist with trauma wounds,addiction, anxiety, and depression.
I believe that it is with this safe space that the work can start. Together we can identify the various modalities that can guide and help meet treatment goals. Together we can identify if Somatic Experiencing (SE) , Eye Movement and Desensitization (EMDR), and/or what other modality is best in meeting your treatment goals.
