The majority of my practice focuses on adjusting to pregnancy and parenthood, decreasing anxiety and navigating the cultural nuances that exist in your family system.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and work with individuals and families. My approach is collaborative and culturally competent. I am a Filipina therapist so I have both personal and professional experience and training in working with the AAPI community.
