I am an attachment-based therapist specializing in PTSD and complex trauma, particularly from various forms of abuse including childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, intimate partner violence, and dissociative disorders. I also work with anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, ADHD, OCD, teen issues and parent-child relational issues.
I formerly worked as an intern at the Utah County Attorney's office where I worked with victims of crime in victim services. I practice evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and DNMS, and I am EMDR trained. I work with kids, teens, adults, and couples.
