Seeking counseling can be one of the most difficult decisions a person can make. It is also one of the bravest decisions. Day to day life is stressful, and at times, life tosses us a curveball. My goal is to help you identify your strengths, and help you navigate through the stresses and transitions that many people struggle with. You are not alone, and I am so glad that you are here. Some of my areas of focus are on addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family dynamics as well as parent coaching.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to partner with military agencies, schools, DSHS, and the court system in order to assist individuals meet goals and improve day to day life. My specialties include working with Veterans issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, grief, divorce, adoption, family reunification and coaching.
I grew up in a military family, and am a "military mom". I have a deep understanding for struggles and stressors that come along with this culture. Transitions are difficult, even for the most seasoned individuals. I understand, and I'm here to help you navigate through your unique challenges.
