I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families seeking support through emotional challenges, relationship struggles, life transitions, or family stress. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, highly sensitive children, and clients with ADHD through a compassionate, affirming lens. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or stuck in painful patterns. Together, we create a safe space to build emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and help each person feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves.
I provide trauma-informed, relational therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families.
