I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care. I’ve had the privilege of supporting people across all stages of life, from children and teens to adults and older adults. I am dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space for healing, growth, and resilience. My experience includes working with diverse communities, including veterans, individuals with serious mental illness or developmental disabilities, LGBTQ+ clients, and Native American populations.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. My specialized training includes cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused approaches, play therapy, and motivational interviewing. I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs, creating a collaborative and supportive path toward positive change.
