I enjoy working with individuals (young adults and older adults). Depression, anxiety, grief, life changes/crises, developmental growth, attachment, narcissism and antagonistic abuse, adverse spiritual and religious experiences, and other concerns are my areas of focus. I am open to all faith traditions. In addition to being a licensed professional counselor, I am also an ordained Interfaith Minister (2006) and am a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician. I have also obtained extensive training on religious, spiritual and cult abuse.
I am licensed in Montana and Texas. In my practice, I utilize Emotion-Focused Therapy which draws upon psychodynamic, Gestalt, attachment, and family system theories. I often incorporate CBT, trauma theory, mindfulness, and strengths-based principles. I do not take on cases that require me to testify in court. I only meet with individuals.
My goal is to help clients develop healthy boundaries and relationships and release false beliefs and lingering maladaptive emotions.
