The decision to engage in psychotherapy is often not an easy one. In my work with teenagers and adults, I attempt to make the process as comfortable as possible so that my patients can feel at ease discussing their problems. I am an advocate of my patients' well-being and as a team we work together in exploring and discovering ways to optimize happiness and success in their life.
Teenagers require a safe environment where they can express themselves. Through empathy and education I help them cope with their issues while preventing long-term problems. I assist my adult patients in identifying the connection between past and present circumstances so they can effectively restructure maladaptive patterns in their life.
I truly enjoy all facets of my profession and I look forward to meeting each new patient.
