I work with children, adolescents, and adult women navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, chronic stress, burnout, and ambiguous loss. Many, but not all, of my clients are exploring the impact of adoption, while others are healing from difficult life experiences or relationship wounds. Together, we'll build on your strengths, deepen self-understanding, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), to help children, teens, and adults heal from trauma. With children, I often blend these therapies with play and creative expression. My goal is to help you experience greater safety, deeper connection, and renewed hope.
