Women's Psychotherapy Groups
The Women's groups (there are 3) were created to provide a confidential, secure space for women to get support and input from other women without fear of being judged, compared to, or competing with each other. Here the women provide input and get suggestions for coping with self esteem, aging, parent, complex trauma, relationships, codependency, or stress. The groups are psychodynamic, and are facilitated by Dr. Kathy at her office.
