I utilize both traditional talk and somatic therapies that recognize the mind-body connection. I help bring unconscious patterns to awareness while utilizing somatic techniques that reference the self through the body. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, a body-oriented approach that addresses nervous system dysregulation and helps heal trauma.
