I am Kathryn, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in helping people heal from past trauma, decrease depression, anxiety, and stress, and improve the quality of their relationships. I received my Master's degree in Counseling from Adams State College in Colorado.

I am a wife and mother with 15 years of experience balancing my career and family life. I provide support and empathy to my clients through compassionate counseling. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed techniques to help my clients achieve their goals and begin to thrive.
