My mission is to help you uncover your inner power so that you can begin to heal from the inside out. By starting where you are, together we will make meaning and create new experiences in order to embrace the NOW and develop a future template for the next phase of your life. I aim to achieve this through a positive attachment, collaborative, strength based and trauma informed perspective.
I am a nonjudgmental and warm therapist with 14+years of experience. I offer short and long-term individualized therapy, with a strong grounding in theory and clinical practice. I employ a psychodynamic and cognitive/behavioral approach. I am EMDR certified and trauma trained and can work with you as adjunct to your primary therapist or as a supervisor.
