As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in helping individuals of all ages navigate the challenges of anxiety and past trauma. I offer a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth can occur. In our sessions, I take an integrative approach, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Polyvagal Theory to help you understand and manage the physiological and emotional effects of anxiety and trauma. By focusing on both your thoughts and your body's response to stress, we can work together to build more resilience and a greater sense of calm.
In our first few sessions, you can expect to gain a clearer understanding of how anxiety or trauma may be affecting your life, and we will begin developing practical tools for managing your emotions, reducing stress, and re-engaging with life in a meaningful way. My approach is collaborative and client-centered.
