My training as a healer began with my own in-depth psychotherapy. Subsequently, I have worked with adults, teens and kids in the areas of substance and sexual abuse, depression and anxiety, fear and grief. I attended a six months professional training program in DreamTending at Pacifica Graduate Institute where I deepened my understanding of archetypal medicine and indigenous methods of healing through the use of dreams and all that surrounds us in the natural world. My approach is holistic, helping my clients integrate mind, body and spirit.
I believe the relationship between me and the client provides the foundation for healing. I will use whatever tools necessary to aid in that process (music, poetry, journaling, art, dreamwork, nature) so that the person I am working with may come to understand themselves better. And enjoy a deeper, fuller life.
I am a spiritual guide. I address the symptoms of one's dis-ease in the context of the needs of the soul. Underneath the depression, the anxiety and the addictions are the fundamental questions of life. Who am I? What is the meaning of (my) life? What am I here for? How can I create a fuller, richer life in the busyness of this world?

Dream Tending
This group meets 2x monthly. The group members share their dreams and we tend the images and stories that present themselves so as to gain wisdom for our lives. All group members make a commitment to attend the group on a regular basis; this makes for a close group and builds trust among the members.
