As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help couples move from distress and distance toward greater clarity, compassion and connection. My approach is mindful, client-centered, and collaborative—focused on creating a safe space where partners can feel heard, seen, and supported.
In couples therapy, I work to guide partners toward improving communication, generating and increasing emotional safety while deepening emotional intimacy. Together, we work to repair relational injuries, strengthen bonds, and create new patterns that foster mutual growth and understanding.
I hope to provide support during times of transition, relational disconnect, anxiety, personal transformation as well as spiritual/philosophical exploration. I believe healing and desired change begin with self-awareness- an openness- introspection and accessing inner wisdom.. I work with you to move beyond current limitations into your full potential.
Licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana, I offer hope and supportive resources to empower you to approach challenges with greater clarity and confidence, to live and love with increased calm and greater ease. Drawing on evidenced-based practices and a background as a yoga instructor- I blend practical tools with a holistic, mind-body-spirit perspective.
