The experience of psychotherapy can be transformative for individuals and families of all ages and stages of life. I hope to provide a safe space for you to learn, heal, and grow while processing issues or challenges that are significant to you. I will support you in embracing compassion and acceptance for yourself in the midst of your life journey, so you can lead a joyful, productive, and meaningful life. In addition to working with adults, I am passionate about working with children, teens, young adults, and families. I believe a collaborative, systemic approach is essential for change.
As a Certified EMDR and Ex/RP clinician, I specialize in treating Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive and Related Disorders, and PTSD. I utilize and often integrate modalities such as Exposure and Response Prevention, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, SPACE, ACT, Trauma-Informed Play Therapy, HRT, and Structural Family Therapy.
It is a hopeful and courageous act to seek support through psychotherapy. It is through a meaningful and intentional therapeutic relationship that growth and change can occur. I will tailor the therapeutic approach to your unique needs.

Sessions are typically weekly and 50 minutes. EMDR sessions may extend to 75 or 90 minutes. When working with children, monthly family meetings are encouraged for caregivers to learn the tools their child is learning, and to gain insight into the ways in which family systems impact each member, recognizing therapy extends beyond the therapy hour each week.
