If you are looking for freedom from anxiety, and freedom from shame and negative feelings about yourself, and relief from the impact of traumatic events in your past, I can help. My clients find relief from problems like chronic worry and over-thinking, self-doubt and feelings of inadequacy and shame, unsatisfying or painful relationships, poor sleep and feelings of overwhelm. I am a strong ally of the LBGTQIA+ community.
I'm an EMDR and trauma therapist who helps people gain freedom from the harms of the past, so they can live peacefully and confidently in the present. In addition to weekly therapy, I am now offering EMDR Therapy Intensives, which allow for accelerated healing from post-traumatic stress reactions, grief, and a host of other problems.
Recovery from trauma, anxiety and depression is possible. It's not always easy, but I am here to partner with you in that journey. We can work towards freedom from anxiety, self-doubt, living small.
