I support adolescent girls and women of all ages who are navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, depression, mood changes, and the impact of trauma. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and relationship-based.

With advanced training in trauma and EMDR, I offer a compassionate space where you can slow down, explore emotions and thought patterns, and make sense of the experiences that have shaped you.

Together we can look at both the immediate challenges and the deeper roots of your struggles, helping you build practical coping skills, strengthen your inner resilience. I have a couple of openings starting in March 2026. Looking forward to connecting!
