Before becoming a therapist, I worked in high-pressure corporate environments, giving me an understanding of career stress, perfectionism, burnout, and the challenges of balancing a career with mental well-being. My international background across the U.K., Europe, New Zealand, and the U.S. informs my culturally attuned and open approach.
