I am the owner of Nickischer & Associates, a practice of licensed psychotherapists dedicated to the sacred work of therapy. My personal niche is couples coaching, using Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO,) a technique that stems from the world of Internal Family Systems (IFS.) I believe in short-term, goal focused marital counseling and coaching, and I offer this for 8-12 weeks at a time. I also offer nontraditional times, so that you can work on your marriage without interrupting your day-to-day life.
The therapists in our practice utilize various modalities to assist clients. This includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT,) Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT,) Internal Family Systems (IFS,) Trauma-Informed Care, EMDR, Brain-Spotting, and person-centered.
