Kathryn Nagy-LPCC, M.Ed. I am passionate about supporting clients, especially women in all seasons of life as they navigate life’s unique challenges. I provide a safe and affirming space where clients can heal from past traumas, explore their identities, and ground in utilizing their inner strengths and soar with their resilience. When addressing the unique mental health needs of women across the lifespan, I understand the complexities of women's experiences, including trauma, relationship issues, reproductive health concerns, and the various roles and pressures women often face.
My communication style is warm, friendly, and inviting to help build trust and rapport with clients. Clients while working with me feel lighter and more insightful about the past experiences and events as they impact them today. They feel prepared and able to take on the daily challenges that they face.
I approach goal-setting with clients very intentionally and collaboratively. Clients leave their treatment planning process feeling engaged and empowered in the therapeutic process.
