Are you ready to heal? Are you ready to roll your sleeves up and really do the work it takes to genuinely heal the wounds that plague you? If you are, I will work hard with you. I have spent over 25 years alongside people who have survived trauma of every conceivable kind. I have been amazed at our potential for healing. There are few greater delights for me than accompanying someone on their journey, and watching the sun hidden within the clouds of trauma break through and radiate.

I have found that different people respond to different interventions, but that overall, EMDR is the most powerful tool to resolve trauma. Neurofeedback is another incredibly beneficial intervention as it helps stabilize brain functioning that has gone awry. Neuroscience fascinates me, so I offer a variety of strategies for optimal physical, emotional and mental health.

I have found that the key to change is the depth of someone's desire to do so. Be warned: it does take work!! Know this: you, and your life, are worth it :)
