My goal is to provide a safe place where each person I work with can experience being known and cared for, in order that they would be empowered to reach their goals and find real peace.
I offer counseling to couples, families, adults and teens. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and my approach to counseling is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and rooted in family systems theory. Some areas of focus in my practice include family-of-origin trauma, spirituality, and issues related to marriage, relationships and sexuality.
