With over 30 years of clinical experience, I bring a grounded, thoughtful approach to helping couples heal and reconnect. My work is rooted in psychodynamic principles and enriched by ongoing training in evidence-based methods that support lasting change. I am a Certified Gottman Therapist. I am EFCT Trained (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy)—an approach I pursued to help couples go deeper and create lasting change. Together, these methods allow us to address both the “what” and the “why” of relationship struggles.
After completing 10 years of training, I became a Certified Gottman Therapist - a rare honor. I am EFCT Trained, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Sex Therapy Informed Professional, and a Certified Anger Management Professional. I offer marathon sessions and specialized assessment formats for couples who have been married, or are prenuptial.
