Hi there, I'm Kate. Do you find yourself struggling to manage daily life and relationships because of anxiety, OCD, depression, and/or trauma? Do you often feel alone and that no one understands you or your struggles? I see you. My concentration is working with adolescents and adults living with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, OCD, and panic disorder. Treatment is individualized and adapted to each individual client and concern. We will work together using evidenced-based techniques practicing an integrative approach including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies to help you achieve your goals.
My current certifications include Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional-II (CCTP-II). I also have advanced training in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and phobias.
