I work with adults, teens, and children ages 3+. For adults and teens, I specialize in anxiety and trauma, with a focus on attachment, religious, sexual, and reproductive trauma, and Complex PTSD. I use EMDR, play therapy, somatic, and attachment-based approaches tailored to each person. I'm an LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist and welcome all identities.
