Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program
Intensive outpatient programs are 4 days/week for 2.25 hours/day. IOP is for individuals who are struggling with mental health issues and need a higher level of care rather than individual therapy alone. Group includes mindfulness meditation, daily check-in, processing, and psychological education.
