I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working with adolescents and adults to achieve a myriad of goals and resolve personal or interpersonal issues. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques so that whatever we are doing fits the needs of the client and helps them along their path to wholeness and mental health.
After many years in practice, I discovered a very prominent commonality in the existence of trauma in the lives of many individuals. In response, I have begun to work specifically in this area. I have specific certifications in the treatment of trauma, and that is a major focus in my practice.
