I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. We all experience stressful or challenging moments in life or face obstacles which may seem insurmountable. During these times, we can benefit from professional support to make important changes in our behaviors and thoughts to help tackle these obstacles. I collaborate well with my clients to provide the skills they need to make their own lives better. I specialize on empowering my clients and teaching them skills that they can use to make changes in their everyday lives that increase their happiness and success. I address a myriad of challenges, particularly depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and social and peer problems. I am highly experienced in psychoeducational assessment.
I have a strong and genuine respect for my clients and their unique challenges. I tailor my scientifically-based therapy techniques for each individual client to best meet their needs. I frequently collaborate with families, medical personnel, school counselors, and teachers to help clients reach and maintain their maximum potential.
