About
In my practice, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment in which you may begin to address a range of personal concerns. My work focuses on a variety of difficulties including eating disorders, relationship difficulties and self-esteem concerns. I provide individual and group psychotherapy to late adolescents and adults.
I strive to understand your unique experience and utilize a variety of perspectives and interventions to help meet your needs. The development of a collaborative relationship can be a powerful way to better understand your concerns, explore significant aspects of your life experience, and develop effective ways to manage your individual challenges.
Therapy is a process, with each encounter offering an opportunity for growth. Though challenging at times, I believe that this process can foster healing and change.
