I love helping couples learn new ways to listen and to respond to one another. I also work with individuals in recovery from depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist, have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, ego state interventions, and CBT.

I endeavor to ensure that everyone who works with me feels heard without judgment and supported in the hard work of making a positive change. I create an accepting space for you to make sense of the turmoil inside, heal from some of the wounds that have created your inner conflicts, and find the courage to try something new.
