I am an EMDR Certified Therapist, have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, ego state interventions, and CBT.
I endeavor to ensure that everyone who works with me feels heard without judgment and supported in the hard work of making a positive change.
