I specialize in the treatment of anxiety issues, including general worry, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety, and school avoidance. I also treat issues related to attention-deficit, depression, and parenting. I work with children, adolescents, adults and families. I have extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and empirically-supported family and parenting interventions. I work flexibly and openly with clients to identify treatment goals, and map out a strategy to achieve them. Together, we find practical and creative solutions to the problems that bring you to treatment.
I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology at Clark University, pre-doctoral training at the NYU-Child Study Center and Bellevue Hospital Center, and a post-doctoral Fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center.
In addition to my practice, I am an adjunct Clinical Supervisor for the School-Clinical Child Psychology Program at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University.
