I specialize in neurodiversity, trauma, grief and loss, children/adolescents raised by people with addictions, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationships. I offer a variety of individualized modalities, including DBT, CBT, interpersonal therapies, mindfulness, and movement techniques to foster more self-awareness. I also have experience working in schools, particularly supporting family of origin issues related to addiction, as well as working with adults, adolescents, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
I honor my clients with supportive, gentle guidance to work through the challenges they face in a non-judgemental, inclusive way. I offer in-person sessions, including equine assisted psychotherapy, as well as remote therapy by phone and video.
