Kathryn works with clients of all ages who are navigating life’s challenges and seeking additional support and understanding. Clients may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, PTSD, adjustment difficulties, or engaging in non-suicidal self-injury. Many are looking to build coping skills, gain new insights, and feel more supported as they move through difficult experiences.

Her experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in both school and therapeutic settings.
