Everyone goes through difficult times in their life and sometimes asking for help can be scary! My goal is to help you navigate trying times in your life by processing difficult emotions and working toward goals that are important to you. I use a conversational, person-centered approach to therapy and believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important piece of the therapeutic puzzle. If you're open to building an honest connection and willing to work hard, I am here to support you!
My focus is with clients ages 16 and older, who struggle with mood and personality disorders, interpersonal issues, and difficult life transitions. I am intensively trained in DBT through Behavioral Tech and use a DBT-informed approach to therapy. I look to my clients as the experts in their own lives and strive to help them build a life worth living.
If you are struggling with intense emotions, want more effective coping skills, and need a non-judgmental ear to vent to, you are welcome here. Together we can cultivate a safe space where you are free to express yourself and create a plan to make a life worth living. If you are interested in scheduling or want to learn more, feel free to reach out!
