English
| español Have you experienced trauma or are you coping with PTSD? Have you found yourself in the midst of family conflict? Are you struggling with an eating disorder? I'm passionate about helping people through their struggles and begin the journey to emotional and mental healing.
I grew up overseas and it wasn't until I was 18 that I moved to the U.S. for college and grad school, so I have a comprehensive understanding of life's struggles from seeing them daily in a developing country. This life experience has given me a deep sense of empathy for others.
Choosing a therapist can be an overwhelming task especially when you feel like you're living in an ongoing state of crisis. I'd encourage you to be brave and take that first step to a healthier, more hopeful you and reach out to me today. It would be my privilege to journey with you. There is hope. There is healing. Together we'll get there.
