Struggles with family, relationships, work, and school may stem from different experiences that have affected how a person develops emotionally and how a person sees the world around them. The sadness and emotional disconnect that occurs can cause loneliness and anger; anxiety and pain.
Here is how I can help. My background and training as a licensed clinical social worker provides me the perspective of working with the whole person. I am also an EMDRIA fully accredited and trained EMDR therapist, a modality which I use to help people overcome traumatic events, as well as anxiety and depression.
I am passionate in my work with diverse individuals, helping clients navigate new pathways to acceptance, healing and emotional growth. I have built my practice around the values of trust, empathy, and non-judgment. I am here, and ready to help you take that most important step.
