I have just over 10 years experience and truly love my work. I enjoy working with preschool and school aged children, teenagers, families, adults and couples. I believe therapy is a collaborative process with the goal being for clients to experience the maximum benefits within the least amount of time. I value the importance of the working relationship, psychoeducation and empowerment so that clients feel confident utilizing skills long after the therapy relationship has commenced.

I utilize evidence based interventions and strive to have clients incorporate these skills into their daily lives in a way that is practical for them. My areas of interest include but are not limited to: depression, anxiety and trauma related stress, ADHD, parent-child conflict, self-harming and marital conflict.

I offer a flexible schedule and have availability on evenings and some weekends.
