I feel that all individuals who are dealing with life’s difficult circumstances are capable of change and deserving of happiness. I support individuals in their unique journeys of managing mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, and trauma. I have extensive experience working with clients with substance use concerns and post-traumatic stress, as well as those who are involved in the criminal justice system.

I am available to work with individuals, couples, children, and families experiencing a variety of concerns. I believe that a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship provides space for individuals to heal.

I help clients to understand the ways in which our thoughts affect our feelings and behaviors, and to manage negative thinking patterns to improve self-esteem, decrease destructive behaviors, and improve relationships. I strive to support individuals through helping them to recognize their strengths, support, and potential to heal.
