They are navigating life transitions, aging, and fertility challenges. My clients are quieting their inner critics and claiming more agency in their lives. They are healing from intrusive and restrictive inner voices and claiming their freedom to make more authentic choices in their relationships to themselves and to others. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR Consultant with more than 25 years of experience. My expertise is working with clients to interrupt unhealthy relationship patterns within themselves and between others - partners, employers, and children. I support clients to repair relational and attachment related traumas.
