My approach to mental health incorporates full mind-body wellness. My style of therapy is client-focused, collaborative, and insight oriented. For over 15 years, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. I am certified in Part I & II EMDR. I am trained in DBT and integrate mindfulness in all my work. I also integrate best practices for sleep and diet/nutrition, as these are integral to mental health.
