I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, perfectionism, self-esteem, boundaries, and life's transitions. Many of my clients have felt overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next step. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences, building practical coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change. I proudly provide LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodivergent-affirming care, recognizing that everyone deserves a therapeutic space where they feel respected, understood, and supported.
I tailor therapy to your unique needs using evidence-based approaches including CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and trauma-informed care. Together, we'll build practical skills, increase self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change in a warm, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming space.
