I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+, Chronically Ill, Neurodivergent, Complex Trauma, & Ethically Non-monogamous clients. My Group and 1:1 Depth Centering Sessions cater to adults from all backgrounds seeking deeper self-understanding through creative expression in a supportive community. Whether 1:1 or in a group, I will help you build the life you want by aiding you in healing the unresolved wounds in your nervous system. We begin by collaborating in order to understand your system's unique functioning - using that insight, we will work together to build self-worth, self-esteem, and self-compassion.
I am passionate about helping people move through, reflect on, and heal from life’s painful and difficult experiences by working with them to identify their personal goals for therapy. My personal practice typically involves a combination of Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy through Internal Family Systems, Existential, and Polyvagal lenses.

Centering Sessions @ Art in Motion
Centering Sessions is Michigan’s first Group Clay Art Therapy Program. All Centering Sessions Ceramic Art Therapy groups at Art in Motion come with one hour of Group Therapy weekly, a studio shelf, ample weekly open studio opportunities, 25 lbs of clay per 8 weeks, access to glaze firings and a wide array of glazes, decorative slips, and underglazes, in addition to access to specially curated Centering Sessions Supplies provided by NBATS, starting at just $50/week.
