My passion is working with clients who identify with some (or all) of the following Intersections: LGBTQIA+, Ethically Non-monogamous, Chronically Ill, & Neurodivergent (especially late diagnosis ND). Most of my clinical experience has been with clients whose identities exist at these intersections, in addition to Complex Trauma. I want to help you build the life you have only imagined by aiding you in identifying and healing from your core wounds. This is done by collaborating in order to understand your unique System (both internal and external) - from that insight we work to build Self-Worth, Self-Esteem, and Self-Compassion.
I am passionate about helping people move through, reflect on, and heal from life’s painful and difficult experiences by working with them to identify their personal goals for therapy. My personal practice typically involves a combination of Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy through Internal Family Systems, Existential, and Polyvagal lenses.

This Clay Art Therapy Group takes place at Pewabic Pottery's Education Studio. Instructional subject matter changes every 16 weeks, but the core focus of group therapy always centers around building mindfulness and contentment as well as connection to self-energy.
