Thank you for being here. I am a clinical and organizational psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals. My approach is somewhat different: it's a blend of therapy and coaching. Life is a journey with many twists and turns, challenges, and joys. We all need support. Specializations include anxiety, career coaching, stress management, trauma (EMDR trained), relationships, depression, coping with cancer, grief & loss, and spiritual exploration. I look forward to working together so that you feel you can show up as your best self each day.
